Info reis en transport/ Info trip and transport.

Ik wou nog effe vermelden met welke maatschappij ik naar Istanbul ben gegaan en hoe ik in Istanbul rondreis. Eerst en vooral heb ik TUI gekozen omdat ik al vaak deze maatschappij genomen heb voor mijn reizen en omdat zij mij gecontacteerd hebben om sponsor te zijn voor mijn reis. Ik reis naar Istanbul voor een project van mijn universiteit die plaats neemt in de grote vakantie, TUI heeft mij dus hiervoor geholpen door mij te sponseren. Ik heb een eerste klasse ticket gekregen, maar eerlijk gezegd de prijzen vallen echt goed mee. Voor de reis had ik mijn passpoort, identiteitskaart en mijn reiskaart van de mutualiteit in mijn zak. Als je naar Turkije reist zijn deze noodzakelijk.  Ter plaatse reis ik met de taxi of de boot anders stap ik liever. De taxi en de boot zijn echt niet duur. De taxi is ongeveer 0,38 euro per km  ( de prijs hangt af van de lengte van je reis) en de boot kost 5 TL per ticket wat ongeveer 0.52 euro per ticket is. Ik zal al mijn kosten in een latere post opsommen. Voor wat mijn hotel betreft is het een heel mooie en proper hotel. Het personeel is er heel vriendelijk. Ik zal alle info over de monumenten die ik heb bezocht later posten. Mijn reis is kort 4 dagen, maar ik weet dat ik hier op zo'n korte tijd veel ga leren en ontdekken. Güle Güle

I would like to mention with which company I went to Istanbul and how I travel around Istanbul. First and foremost I chose TUI because I have often taken this company for my travels and because they have contacted me to sponsor my trip. I am traveling to Istanbul for a project of my university that takes place in the big holiday, so TUI helped me by sponsoring me. I got a first class ticket, but to be honest the prices are really good. Before the trip I had my passport, identity card and my travel card from the health insurance company in my pocket. If you travel to Turkey these are necessary. On the spot I travel by taxi or boat, otherwise I prefer to walk. The taxi and the boat are really not expensive. The taxi is about 0.38 euros per km (the price depends on the length of your journey) and the boat costs 5 TL per ticket which is about 0.52 euros per ticket. I will list all my costs in a later post. As far as my hotel is concerned, it is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff are quite friendly. I will post all the info about the monuments I have visited later. My trip is short 4 days, but I know that I will learn and discover a lot here in such a short time. Güle Güle
